Zarya has offered Access Bars since 2018. She describes a gentle head massage across 32 points, with Reiki, ThetaHealing and imagery informing her approach. The points provide her framework for reflection and body awareness.
The rhythm of a session
The session lasts about 70 minutes in the current source description. Zarya says she adds instruments she loves: a drum, the sound of a stream, and a singing bowl. The intention is to create an unhurried environment where a person can notice sensations, images, or phrases without having to force an interpretation.
After the session, she describes a tea ceremony where the two of you can talk through anything that arose. She says that images may become a personal meditation.
