Privacy policy.

Short version: we collect the minimum — your name and a way to reach you. Nothing else. No passports, no government IDs, no medical information, no card numbers.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or use the referral service, we may collect:

  • Your name (or a name you choose to give).
  • A phone number (WhatsApp preferred) or email if you provide one.
  • Whatever you choose to tell us about your intention, location, and timing.

We do not collect passports, government IDs, dates of birth, or medical records. Course purchases are paid through Stripe Checkout; we do not receive or store your card number — see "Payments" below.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and, for referrals, to make an introduction. We don't sell your data. We do run a web analytics tool (PostHog) on this site — see "Analytics" below — and we don't run ad trackers.

Payments

Course purchases on this site are processed by Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive your name, email, and order metadata, not your card number.

Analytics

We use PostHog, a US-based analytics service, to measure page visits. It runs with autocapture off, session recording off, and no persistent cross-visit profile (`person_profiles: never`, `cookieless_mode: always`). It does receive your IP address at the time of your visit, and PostHog's platform performs geo-enrichment on that IP, including an approximate postal code, before the event is stored. We don't use this for ads and don't sell it.

Chat widget

Messages you send through the chat widget are sent to our server to generate a reply, and are stored there against a visitor ID set in your browser so the conversation can continue if you return — this is not limited to your current browser tab. To generate a reply, the text of your message is sent to a third-party AI provider — see "Processors" below.

Processors — who else receives your data

  • Stripe (US) — payment processing for course purchases. Receives card and billing details directly from you.
  • PostHog (US) — analytics. Receives page views and your IP address, which PostHog geo-enriches to an approximate postal code.
  • DeepSeek (a company based in the People's Republic of China) — the chat widget's primary AI provider. Receives the raw text of messages you send through the widget to generate a reply, which means chat content can cross into Chinese jurisdiction. If DeepSeek is unavailable, the message is tried against OpenAI (US) and then MiniMax — also based in the People’s Republic of China — for the same purpose, in that order.
  • MiniMax (People’s Republic of China) — third AI provider in the chat fallback chain. Receives the same message text as DeepSeek when the earlier providers fail.
  • Resend (US) — sends transactional emails, such as course confirmations, to the address you provide.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and file storage for this site; sees request metadata as part of serving pages and assets.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us via a WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation is carried and stored by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy terms, not ours.

We do not use Telegram or Meta/Facebook advertising trackers to collect data from site visitors.

Sharing

For referrals, we share only the minimum necessary with the practitioner you're being introduced to — typically your name and the context you provided. This is the one case where we share your information with someone other than a processor listed above; we never sell or rent it.

Retention and deletion

We don't have an enforced retention period to state here, so we're not going to invent one. When you ask us to delete your record, we remove your client profile, session records, and pending drafts from our system. Chat message and thread history tied to your visitor ID is not currently included in that deletion and may persist — we're working on closing that gap, and we'll tell you plainly if part of a request can't be actioned.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Message the service on WhatsApp (+1 954 275 9666) and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion currently covers your client profile, session records, and pending drafts, not stored chat history (see "Retention and deletion" above) — if we can't identify a record, we'll tell you.
