Leave a review.
If you have sat with us, a rating out of ten and a sentence or two is genuinely useful — to us, and to whoever is deciding whether this is right for them. You choose how you appear, and you can take it back whenever you want.
Two ways, both private.
The message pre-fills the few things we need to know. Write it in your own words, delete anything you would rather not share, and send it when you are ready. Nothing is published until it has been sent and we have confirmed the details with you.
Five things, and nothing else.
When your review goes up on /reviews, this is the whole of it. If any part is wrong, tell us and it gets corrected before it appears.
Your rating out of ten
Shown as you gave it, for example 8/10. We do not round it, average it into a studio score, or convert it to stars.
Your words, verbatim
Your sentence or two, published exactly as you wrote it. We trim surrounding whitespace and fix nothing else — not grammar, not tone, not the parts that are less flattering.
The name you chose
First name, initials, or a single initial. Whatever you pick is what appears. If you would rather be entirely unidentifiable, choose a single initial.
Your city, only if you say so
Leave the city field blank and no location appears. Say the word and it goes up as you wrote it — nothing more specific than a city, ever.
The date of your session
The date you came in, so a reader can see when the review refers to. Not the date you sent it.
The fact it came directly from you
Each review is labelled as collected directly from the client, so nobody has to guess whether it came from us or from somewhere it could be checked.
The things that stay between us.
None of the following is ever published, and mentioning it in your message does not publish it either:
- Your surname, unless you explicitly ask for it to appear.
- Your contact details, in any form.
- Photographs of you, or of the session.
- The practitioner you saw, the practice you received, or anything about what happened in the room.
If any of that is in what you send, we publish only the part you have agreed to publish — and we check the wording with you first.
Consent, in plain language
By sending us your review you agree to it being published
That is the consent we rely on, and it covers the five things listed above: your rating, your words, your chosen name, your city if you included it, and the date of your session. We will not publish anything beyond that, and we will not publish it anywhere other than this site without asking you separately. You will not be asked to sign anything, and there is nothing to opt out of later — sending it is the whole agreement.
You can ask for it to come down at any time
One message to the studio — WhatsApp or email, whichever you used — and the review is removed from the site. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one. Removal is immediate: the page is updated and redeployed, so the review disappears from the live site. Ask us a year later if you like; the answer is the same. We will never publish a review we were not sent
No invented reviews, no bought reviews, no review written by anyone other than the person it is attributed to. That is why /reviews can be empty: it is empty when nobody has sent one. We would rather show you nothing than show you something untrue.
