Yoni practices & teachings.
Learn the practices yourself — breath, embodiment, and self-care for the yoni as a site of healing, not desire. Consent-led, trauma-aware teachings held by selected practitioners.
What these practices are
Yoni practices are consent-led teachings for the yoni — the vulva, vaginal canal, and surrounding pelvic tissue — as a site of stored emotional holding, trauma, and tension. They are practices you can learn: breath, embodiment, self-touch, and awareness tools you can continue at home. Not a sexual service. No happy endings. No performance.
These are different from yoni massage. Yoni massage is a hands-on session with a practitioner. Yoni practices are teachings — you learn the tools yourself, guided by a practitioner who has specific training in trauma-aware pelvic work.
What you learn
- Breath practices to settle the pelvic floor and nervous system
- Embodiment and felt-sense awareness for the yoni region
- Self-touch and self-care practices, always consent-led and optional
- Boundary mapping and trauma-aware pacing for your own body
Who it's for
- Women who want to reclaim connection with the pelvic region
- Those recovering from sexual trauma, birth trauma, or vaginismus
- Anyone exploring somatic self-care to restore felt-sense awareness
- People who want the tools, not just the session — to practice at home
Boundaries and consent
This is never a sexual service. The teaching container is explicitly non-sexual at every level: intention, touch, breath, and outcome. Consent is verbal and ongoing. Boundaries are mapped before any practice and respected without exception.
Boundaries are the container that makes deep healing possible. Expect clarity before touch, always.
Availability and booking
Yoni practice teachings are offered by a small number of selected practitioners. Availability is confirmed privately after your first inquiry message. The studio will not confirm a booking without a direct conversation first.
By inquiry only. No walk-ins, no booking forms — the first conversation is always private.
Before you message: how booking works — what to write, what we ask, and how pricing is agreed. Rates vary by practitioner and city — see the price guide.
